The Medical Laboratory Technology Diploma at Oulton College is an accelerated 2 year, program designed to prepare students for immediate entry into clinical and diagnostic laboratories. The curriculum blends theoretical coursework hands on training in Oulton’s state of the art lab. Students gain practical experience through simulation labs and complete an 11 week hospital practicum, ensuring they are job ready as soon as they graduate. The program is nationally accredited and eligible graduates can challenge the national certification exam to become licensed medical laboratory technologists in Canada. |
